antibody affinity purification

To purify rabbit IgGs from serum use a protein A column.  It has as good or better binding to 
rabbit IgG than protein G or A/G and is cheaper.  If you're purifying monoclonals, attach the 
antigen to an oxidized agarose matrix and use that to capture your specific antibody.
