Hi,
   One place you might want to look if you don't want to make your own NTA 
Agarose (or whatever) is Pharmacia. They now sell Chelating Sepharose FF 
(Cat. No: 17-0575-01 for 50ml pack size) which chelates ANY metal ion 
(more or less) that you want and comes uncharged i.e. you can charge the 
resin as you want. It's _much_ cheaper (I think 50ml is ~80 pounds 
sterling) than the pre-charged ripoff resins from Invitrogen etc.
