DNA isolation PEPPER

      Dear Netters,
     
     I am looking for a DNA extraction procedure for Pepper varieties. I 
     would like to run Southerns and therefore I need DNA of digestable 
     quality. Also an extraction procedure for large scale DNA preparations 
     from seed would be welcome, In this way we could run many PCR 
     reactions.
     All suggestions are welcome.
