Comprehensive list of restr. site frequency?

Hi, does anyone know a ref/site with a comprehensive list of the frequency
of occurence/average size of fragments after genomic digestion with
various restriction enzymes ? 

The NEB catalog is the only one I have but it only has 30 or so enzymes
listed (I need mouse genome data BTW). 

While you're here, is the frequency of sites in cDNA as would be expected
by random probability, or are there biases caused by codon preference,
genome-wide CG rarity etc etc?
