You can't isolate cDNA from Eucaryotic cells......?
You have to isolate RNA from These Eucaryotic organisms and then make 
cDNA from them. The most common method is GITC and Phenol Extraction. 
Look in Analytical Biochemistry Vol 162:156 1987.
