IPTG stability

I know that IPTG should be stored at -20 C, but I would like to know
how stable it is in use. Does it start to break down at 37 C, if so, how
quickly ?. Also, is it destroyed at high temperature (autoclaving)?

I can't seem to find this information in any of the usual book sources.
