transfection of macrophages

Is anybody able to give hints for an effective transfection of primary 
macrophages and macrophage cellines? In the moment we are using the 
DEAE-dextrane method. Although changing a lot of parameters, we didn't 
have any success until now. Additionally we think about using other 
methods like electroporation or lipofectin. Does anybody have experience 
in this??
We would be glad about every good idea (or protocol?)
