RNAse protection assay on multiple samples

Hi all,
	Just a while ago their was a great discussion on RNAse protection assays on 
thenewsgroup that I can,t find anywhere now.  As usual, I didn't think it was 
relevant at the time and now find myself probably wanting to do RNAse 
protection assays on multiple samples. Any suggestions and detailed protocols
