Does anyone know why we do get a precipitation when preparing a Ca++ -deficient Tyrode buffer and mixing al reagents together. The problem is solved when we mix seperately: NaCl; KCl; and MgCl.H2O Glucose and NaHCO3 and NaH2PO4 So the problem is solved but the reason of precipitation is ??? e.vanbreda at fys.rulimburg.nl
