Hi netters! We have purchased the Promega pGEM T-vector cloning kit for cloning of PCR products. However, following the protocol for the kit we are not even able to clone the control PCR-product provided with the kit efficiently. Do any of you out there have any experience with this kit. Please help me, the kit has ruined my finances..... -oivind
