pUC-BM20/21

I am looking for a vector that has sites XbaI  Sac I and Not I such that the 
Not I site is NOT (no pun intended) in between the Xba and Sac sites.  I 
believe that pUC-BM 20  and pUC-BM 21 satisfy this criteria.  Can anyone send
me a bit, tell me where I can get it, or let me know if there is another 
vector with the sites in the appropriate order.  Thanks in advance.
