Cresyl Blue for DNA

JosŽ Luis Santill‡n-Torres and Patricia Ponce-Noyola offered a novel
DNA staining technique in TIG (Feb Ô93).

	0.04% cresyl blue (by weight?) in 20% EtOH (15-60 m)
	short wash with distilled water
	70% EtOH
	more water

	In my hands I canÕt get this to work.  Any ideas?
