protein expression systems

we want to express the serum complement protein C5 in an expression system.
The cDNA is 5kb long, and the protein is very large - 200kDa.

Would anyone recommend either Bacculovirus or Picchia Pastoris as more
suitable for a large protein? We have tried Schneider Cells but have been
unsuccessful.

Are there any others systems that we have missed?
