HELP, PCR OF GC RICH TEMPLATE.

I am currently working with an ABI 377 Automated DNA Sequencer.  Part of 
this machines applications lie in Genescan, ie the sizing and 
quantitating of samples.  I am currently working on a project to size 
the repeat region of Fragile-X syndrome.  Because it consists of a GCC 
repeat region it is notoriously hard to PCR, if anyone has any 
experiance/advice for the amplification of GC rich templates I would 
greatlty appreciate the input.
