Spread sheet for quantitative PCR

I am looking for a spread sheet for quantitative PCR by
cycle titration.
A friend of mine wrote one, but I am not shure weather 
it works rigth.
Does anybody wrote thuch a spread sheet. I would prefer 
mathcad 5.0.
The problem for me is to find the rigth fitting procedure.
I suppose the normal fitting with minimizing the squares 
of deviation don't work correcly with fitting on a logarithmic
scale. If some one is interested I would sent him the procedure.
