First, make sure you don't dry the DNA pellet too well as this makes it
very hard to re-dissolve. Then add the required amount of TE buffer (pH
8.0) and redissolve by pipetting (for small fragments where shearing is not
a problem) or by placing in a 60 degree water bath for about 2 hrs (for
larger fragments).
