Hi Michael,
Perkin Elmer has a DNA Polymerase (rTth DNA POlymerase N808-0098) that can be
used to reverse transcribe RNA. I am currently using for one step RT In Situ
PCR ans works fine.

Where can I buy thermostable reverse transcriptase? And is it really
thermoSTABLE (i.e. would it perhaps be possible to cycle with it?), or is it
just less unstable to high temperatures than the usual RT's?
