Home-Made TA cloning

I am not sure if the last message I sent made it to the
appropriate location, so I am posting it again.  Please excuse
this, but I'm new with this system.

I have seen two published protocols for TA cloning.  One appears
in Technical Tips of TIG Vol. 11(5): 169.  The other in Current
Protocols in Molecular Biology, Supplement 26, Volume 2,
pp. 15.7.1-15.7.2.

I have not tried either of these, but hopefully this will give
you a place to start.
