Hi every body! I really need some help badly to carry out the assay of the enzyme, HMG-CoA reductase, the rate limiting enzyme for cholesterol syntheisis in mammals. I have been doing it for rat liver but could not get repeoducible results. Can some one pleaae kindly help me and give me some advice. Thanks, Daniel
