cloning up to 12 kb into mammalian cells

I wish to clone up to 12 kb into mammalin cells (preferrably Vero). I 
need an inducable promoter (eg CMV) and method of selection (eg. G418). I 
only need the transcribed RNA.

Any suggestions?
