We treat cell lines with different drugs, isolate total RNA, and then sythesize cDNA for PCR. Our current procedure limits the number of cells we can process since the rate limiting step is RNA isolation. Can anyone suggest an automated or quicker way to isolate RNA from a large number of samples? Thanks smith_dennis_p at lilly.com
