GST-Fusion protein proteolysis

Does anyone have any references or understanding of the complement of 
proteases in E. coli.?  The major bacterial proteases cleave proteins 
after double Arginines or Lysines.  What protease inhibitors block these 
proteases?  Are the regular complement of protease inhibitors used in 
protein purification effective against coli proteases?
