Peter, We use the same electroporator, however, the 0.2 cm cuvettes work best for eukaryotic cells - we use 0.1cm cuvettes and 1.88 Kv. Also, best results have been achieved by ethanol ppt. ligation prior to electroporation. Hope this helps. Regards. Barry/Tera.
