Pouring sequencing gels the old fashion way

Dear Rob:

	We get the expensive but good (IMHO) tape from BRL to seal the 
edges of our sequencing gels.  The catalog number 11032-18 for one 
roll at $21.  Not cheap but doesn't leak.
