I think he meant Nde II which is also present in the Nde I strain and is
an iso. of Mbo I. As Nde I from NEB is recombinant no Nde II will ever
be present in the purified enzyme prep.


The problem with being on the cutting edge is that you occasionally get 
sliced from time to time....
