Does anyone have a protocol to link Dynabeads M-280 Sheep anti-Mouse IgG to a primary antibody? How much of each to use, how long, what buffer systems etc. Also Does anyone crosslink the primary to the bead matrix? Could you possibly include a protocol for doing this? Thanks Anthony Martinez
