For competitive PCR, i try to quantitate small amounts of cDNA (30 µl) by using different methods like DNA Dipstick kit or BET assay. The results are not enough accurate for this application. What technique is appropriate to estimate precisely small quantities of cDNA (except spectrophometry) ? Thank you for reply.
