Purifiction of total nucleic acid and protein. How??

Hi,

The previous poster said that he/she did not think this was possible. 
Trizol (modification of the acid-phenol GuSCN RNA prep) can be used to
isolate RNA, DNA and protein from the same sample.  Call Gibco/BRL's tech
service line for more info...I'm only suggesting them since they are a
distributor for Trizol (no affiliation etc.)
