Has any one noticed the extraordinary effects of adding Tetramethyl ammonium chloride to otherwise difficult template? From my own perspective I have been able to amplify a GC rich bacterial target from a complex tissue homogenate without any of the annoying secondary bands that we previously could not remove.What are your experiences?
