fungal genomic DNA

[EGUARINOS at MVAX.CBM.UAM.ES]

     Dear netters;

     I am trying to digest some genomic DNA from a fungus called Fusarium and 
I don´t manage to do it.
     The DNA extraction is based on one  phenol extraction followed by some 
phenol-chloroform extractions and finally chloroform-isoamilic. Then the DNA 
is precipitated with isopropanol and resuspended in TE.
      I have tried to leave the genomic DNA digestion overnight with some 
different enzymes but it doesn´t work.
      Has anybody any suggestion?
