ELISA with 4-chloro-1-naphthol

One would not want to do an ELISA with 4CN since
it precipitates! - 4CN is a susbtrate for blots
(and a fairly insensitive but easy to use one at that)

For ELISA use TMB, OPD or ABTS (sensitivity in that
order).
