geneclean: vortexing

GeneClean should not be used with large plasmids. Bio101 says that 15 kb
is the limit, but I have found that 10 kb plasmids smear after this
treatment.

I have moved to the freeeze-squize long time ago: better yields than
GeneClean and no limit in size.
