Hi, Go to http://www.shareware.com/ and search for what you need. There should be a program called Amplify v.1.2 that will meet your need. I haven't have time to play with it, but there are options for primer checking etc. Of course, the art designing primers is still up to you.... Good luck, Linh (a nobody)...
