BioRad CHEF DR-II Pulsed Field Gel Electrophoresis Apparatus

We are considering acquiring a BioRad CHEF DR-II Pulsed Field
Gel Electrophoresis Apparatus for use in separating large DNA
fragments -- Cosmid to YAC size fragments.

Does anyone have an opinion on the benefits vs disadvantages
of this unit or comparison with competitive units?
