What I want to say is electroporation can give more higher transformation efficiency than the 5 min protocol if you use the same amount of DNA. I only could get 106-107 transformants/ug DNA by using 5 min transformation protocol, but I can get 109-1010 transformants by electroporation. I want to know how you make competent cell. Huang
