Greetings I'm looking for an extraction protocol in blood spots. But there is a catch - 5,000 blood spot extractions followed up with pcr ampilifications. My thinking is semi-automation that is using a 12 channel pipettor with a 96 well format. (maybe a biomek 1000 - if lucky) Any suggestions or ideas would be must appreciative! Thanks in advance. MAT
