No banding in CsCl Spin,Why?

Yes, precipitate your DNA after Sol. 3. But do not precipitate it at -20C, you
will have troubles with salt after spin. 30 mins at RT is usually enough. Do no
t let the pellets be overdried, otherwise you will have trouble to resuspend th
em in TE. You may have to pay a special attention to concentration of CsCl. It
affects position of your bands.
