Does anyone have a protocol for Electrophoresis through an agarose gel containing methylmercuric hydroxide or formaldehyde? I also need a protocol for Electrophoresis through agarose gel for RNA that hasbee denaturalized with glyoxal and dimethylsulfoxide. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
