Hi, Depending on your need for accuracy, one quick way I use to make solutions containing Tween-20 is to use a syringe. I make up 0.2% solutions routinely with a 1 cc tuberculin syringe (minus the 26ga needle of course ;) ) Dan Coovert coovert.1 @osu.edu
