 Current medium for propagation: RPMI 1640 with 2 mM L-glutamine, 1 mM
sodium pyruvate and 10 mM HEPES, 85%; horse serum, 15%. Additional
Information: The C238 hybridoma produces mouse IgG2a lambda monoclonal
