I'm also working on 6-His Tag. I think QIAexpress-His Antibody from Qiagen will satisfy your purpose. It can be seen at the page 98 of Qiagen Product Guide 1996. It is a type of Mouse IgG1 and detection limit is 0.2-0.5 ng for dot blot and 2 ng for Western blot.
