Dear colleague,

My aim is to demonstrate that protein X is present in
nuclear RNP complexes (whether or not actively splicing).
Immunoprecipitation has been tried succesfully. However,
we wish to try other methods to confirm this finding.
For example: would oligo-dT hybridization (as used in
the isolation of cytoplasmic polyA-mRNP) apply?
What methods are available to fractionate nuclear
