I am trying to find a protocol for the use of Stains all protein stain.
It is a carbomyacine dye supplied by Sigma etc. It is used for
differential staining of calcium binding proteins especially
calreticulin. The references I have seen say Stains all staining was
carried out after Coomassie staining. What they dont say is how to make
up the stains all stain and how to stain/destain etc. Does anybody have
a protocol/use this stuff
