Dear netters, Any idea of good pcr primer design softwares. I need one that can 1. watch out for primer dimers, mispriming, internal hairpin formation etc. 2. design paired pairs for nested or multiplex application. Is the 'Primer Premier' from Clontech a good choice? I would be grateful if you could advise through e-mail. Gene
