Hi! We have tried to purify long (>6kb) mRNAs on oligo-dT cellulose (NEB) and also on Promega Streptavidin PolyATract Beads. We've got about 20 twenty times enrichment for GAPDH, but the long mRNA's lost somehow. Does anybody have suggestion how to save these mRNAs? Thanks in advance, Szabadkai Gyorgy
