Yeast contamination on cell culture:HELP!!

Pharmacia has a great booklet on using Percoll to separate contaminants
from cultured cells.  Percoll is like Ficoll.  There's a paper in
Biotechniques (V8 n2 p176) about removing yeast contamination from
lymphoblast cultures.  Good luck finding it.  I've seen other references
using Percoll also.  You may want to call Pharmacia and see what they
know.
