DNA-binding protein data file?

Does anyone have a data file containing multiple DNA-binding proteins
and their recognition sequence?

I already have a file called tfsites.dat, containing the binding sites
of multiple transcription factors, but I'd like to screen my sequence
with other proteins than transcription factors.
