Fellow netters,
I am facing some problems with radiolabeling of a oligodeoxynucleotide
since the 5'-prime site is already chemically derivatized. Im am now
planning to chemically radiolabel the ODN at the 3'-prime. However, the
stability of ODNs radiolabeled at the 3'-prime using 32P-ATP is low. Does
anyone know whether the stability of 3'-dideoxy labeled ODN is enhanced
as compared to deoxylabeled ODNs. Thank you in advance.
Best regards to lovely superpam.
