Yeast contamination on cell culture:HELP!!

Are your cultures irreplaceable? If not, my suggestion is that you
immediately reject those cultures, otherwise you risk to spread the
contamination to all your cell lines. I tried once to cure some yeast-
infected cells and that was happened.
