Hi netters, I have spin columns for PCR reaction clean up from Qiagen left, but no PB buffer. Naturally, the manual doesn't say what it is, except it is chaotropic, so I guess it contains guanidine thiocyanate. Does anyone know what the PB buffer contains? Thumb down for manufacturers that don't declare their buffers! Many thanks, Fredrik
